The Site provides information about Osmium’s log intelligence and PII redaction product, which is currently in pre-release development. Product descriptions, features, timelines, and specifications on the Site are forward-looking and subject to change without notice. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding commitment to deliver any feature or product.
2. Waitlist
Joining the waitlist does not create any obligation on Osmium to provide access to any product or service, and does not create any obligation on you to purchase anything. Beta access, if offered, will be governed by separate terms provided at that time.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its infrastructure
- Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Site by automated means without permission
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site’s operation
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and the Osmium Intelligence name and marks — is owned by Osmium or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial reference.

The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OSMIUM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE THOUSAND INDIAN RUPEES (INR 1,000).
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Osmium harmless from claims arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts located in Nagpur, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site.
10. Changes
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
